The objectives of this audit are 1 to assess the compliance of the information contained in the submitted application and documents with the information about the license applicant, the licensee contained in the unified state register of legal entities, the register of granted licenses and other federal information resources 2 establishing the compliance of a legal entity with the mandatory requirements and conditions provided for in the Regulations on Licensing Activities for Towing by Sea, except if the specified activity is carried out to meet the own needs of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 193 dated 06032012 using DAGOMYS, SOCHI, TUAPSE, UTRISH, DOB vessels in the navigation areas specified in the submitted ship's documents, the mandatory requirements must be met.
